I waited for more than 3 weeks (COVID delays), but my order didn’t show up. I got in touch with customer support. Trying to call went to voicemail, but they responded within a few hours over the online chat. They tracked the package and they couldn’t do much to speed up the postal service, and so they sent out a free replacement in the meantime. In the end, both packages reached around the same time!
