I waited for more than 2 weeks, but my package didn’t arrive. A few weeks in I contacted customer support, who were really nice! They tried to track the delivery but they couldn’t do much to speed up the delivery, and so they sent out a free replacement, which was also nice!! Eventually, the package arrived. A little bit later than I had expected but it was nice to have the follow-ups. I bought this in a bundle, which was really good value. The firm facial peptide serum is good!
