I had to wait for more than 3 weeks (COVID delays), but my order still didn’t arrive. I reached out to customer support. Calling went to voicemail, but they replied quickly over the online chat. They tracked the package but there wasn’t much they could do to hurry up the delivery, and so they sent out a free replacement in the meantime. In the end, the package arrived. Jojoba moisturizer feels very nurturing on my face, and has a deep perfumed scent with notes of roses. I love how it improves the elasticity of my skin, and it doesn’t feel greasy.
