I waited for more than 3 weeks (COVID delays), but my order didn’t arrive. A few weeks in I got in touch with customer support. Calling went to voicemail, but they replied quickly over the online chat. They tried to track the delivery but there wasn’t much they could do to hurry up the delivery, and so they sent out a free replacement. Eventually, the package arrived. It feels nice.
