I had to wait for more than 2 weeks, but my delivery still didn’t show up. A few weeks in I contacted customer support, who were really friendly. They tried to track the delivery but they couldn’t do much to speed up the postal service. They offered a free replacement, but I said I’d wait since the parcel was close by.
