I waited for more than 4 weeks (COVID delays), but my delivery still didn’t show up. A few weeks in I reached out to customer support, who were really friendly. They tracked the delivery but there wasn’t much they could do to speed up the postal service. They offered a free replacement, but I said I’d wait since the parcel was close by.
