I had to wait for more than 2 weeks (COVID delays), but my package didn’t show up. A couple of weeks in I reached out to customer support, who were really nice! They tracked the delivery but they couldn’t do much to speed up the postal service, and so they sent out a free replacement in the meantime, which was also nice!! In the end, the package arrived.

I had to wait for just under 2 weeks (COVID delays), but my order didn’t show up. I contacted customer support, who were really nice! They tried to track the delivery and there wasn’t much they could do to speed up the delivery. They offered a free replacement, but I said I’d wait since the parcel was near a local depot. In the end, both packages arrived around the same time! A little bit later than I had hoped. Nice scrubs.
