I waited for just under 2 weeks, but my package didn’t show up. I contacted customer support, who were really nice! They tracked the package but they couldn’t do much to hurry up the postal service, and so they sent out a free replacement in the meantime. In the end, the package arrived. They tried to track the package but they couldn’t do much to speed up the postal service. I was offered a free replacement, but I said I’d wait since the parcel was close by.
